Narrator: The Oslo Accords stated at the time that Israel would gradually hand over territories to the Palestinians in three different pulses, unless the territories in question had settlements or military sites. This is where Netanyahu found a loophole.

Netanyahu: No one said what defined military sites. Defined military sites, I said, were security zones. As far as I'm concerned, the Jordan Valley is a defined military site.

الإسرائيلية العاشرة مؤخراً شريط فيديو لرئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي، بنيامين نتنياهو وهو يتحدث لأسرة إسرائيلية في مستوطنة "عوفرا" عام 2001، دون علمه بأن آلة التصوير كانت تعمل آنذاك.

وخلال حديثه مع الأسرة الإسرائيلية، تبجح نتنياهو بأنه هو من دمر اتفاق أوسلو، وأنه يحرك أمريكا كما يشاء.

وتطرق نتنياهو في حديثه إلى العائلة الإسرائيلية إلى أن 80 في المائة من الأمريكيين يؤيدون إسرائيلي وأنه يمكنه "تحريكها" كيفما يشاء.

الكاتب الصحفي الإسرائيلي جدعون ليفي، كتب في صحيفة هآرتس الإسرائيلية عن الفيديو في مقال تحت عنوان "بيبي المحتال" وبيبي هو الاسم المختصر لبنيامين نتنياهو، يقول:

هذا الفيديو يجب أن يعرض في كل منزل في إسرائيل، ثم يرسل إلى واشنطن ورام الله.

ويجب أن يحظر على الأطفال مشاهدته حتى لا يتعلموا الفساد، وينبغي أن يوزع على كل الدول وعلى كل شخص من أجل أن يعرف من يقود حكومة إسرائيل.

لقد عرضت القناة العاشرة الوجه المخادع الحقيقي لبنيامين نتنياهو والذي تم بثه في ليلة الجمعة خلال برنامج "هذا الأسبوع مع ميكي روزنتال:، وتم تصويره سراً عام 2001.

وقال ليفي: لا شك أن الرئيس الأمريكي باراك أوباما والإسرائيلي شمعون بيريز اللذين يواصلان الحديث عن أن نتنياهو سيتوصل للسلام، فإنهما سيغيران من كلامهما لو شاهدا هذا الشريط.

وتابع أنه حتى اعتراض رئيس السلطة الفلسطينية محمود عباس على إجراء محادثات مباشرة مع نتيناهو سيكون مفهوماً، فماذا هناك غير مناقشة مع شخص هدفه الوحيد هو منح 2 في المائة من أجل المحافظة على 100 في المائة كما قال له والده نقلاً عن جده.

واعتبر ليفي أن هذا الشريط يشكّل نهاية مزاعم أن الفلسطينيين مذنبون في إخفاق اتفاقات أوسلو، حيث كشف نتنياهو أمام مستضيفيه في مستوطنة عوفرا عن الحقيقة العارية: "فهو قد قضى بيديه وبأفعاله على اتفاقات أوسلو، بل يفخر بذلك. بعد سنين حاولوا فيها إفهامنا أن الفلسطينيين مذنبون، كشفت الحقيقة من فم صاحب الشأن. وكيف فعل هذا؟"

وفيما يلي بعض المقتطفات من الشريط، الذي قام مركز القدس للإعلام والاتصال بنشر نصوص منه:

امرأة: إن اتفاق أوسلو يشكل كارثة.

نتنياهو: نعم، أنت تعلمين ذلك وأنا كذلك.. وينبغي على الشعب (الإسرائيلي) أن يعرف ذلك.

ما هي اتفاقيات أوسلو؟ إنها الاتفاقيات التي وقع عليها الكنيست، وكنت أتساءل قبل الانتخابات: 'هل ستتصرف بناء عليها؟' وأجبت: 'نعم، بناء على المشاركة الثنائية وتقليل الانسحابات.. ولكن كيف يمكنك أن تقلل الانسحابات؟ من خلال تقديم تفسيرات للاتفاقيات التي تجعل من المستحيل عليّ وقف الانسحاب إلى خط الهدنة عام 1967. كيف فعلنا ذلك؟"

ورأى جدعون ليفي أن نتنياهو تفوّق على كل زعماء إسرائيل السابقين في "الخداع وتضليل أمريكا وبلبلة الفلسطينيين وتضليلنا جميعاً"، مضيفاً أن الشخص الذي يظهر في الشريط (نتنياهو) يشهد على نفسه بكلامه أنه محتال."

وأضاف: "دعوكم من كلمته في جامعة بار إيلان.. انسوا إنجازاته الموهومة خلال زيارته الأخيرة لأمريكا، هذا هو نتنياهو الحقيقي."

فقد روى نتنياهو أنه اشترط توقيعه على اتفاق الخليل بموافقة أمريكية على ألا تقع انسحابات من "مواقع عسكرية محددة"، وأنه سيقرر ما هي هذه المواقع، مثل غور الأردن كله.

ويتباهى نتنياهو "إنني وقفت منذ ذلك الحين ضد اتفاقات أوسلو"، كما نقلت صحيفة الخليج الإماراتية.

وقال: .. أنا أعرف أمريكا.. إنها شيء يمكنك أن تحركه بسهولة.. تستطيع تحريكه إلى الاتجاه الصحيح.. والأمريكيون لن يستطيعوا الوقوف في طريقنا.. ولن يفعلوا ذلك."

وأضاف: إدارة كلينتون (الرئيس الأميكي السابق بيل كلينتون) كانت مؤيدة للفلسطينيين إلى حد كبير.. لم أكن خائقاُ من المناورة.. ولم أكن خائفاً من الاشتباك مع كلينتون.. ولا مع الأمم المتحدة,. لقد دفعت الثمن على أي حال.. وأنا أفضل أن أحصل على القيمة.. القيمة مقابل السعر."
